The working tools from the book live here.

Every template, checklist, and rubric referenced in The Future of Third-Party Risk Management & Data Privacy is on this site, in its current version, free to download and adapt. The book explains the thinking; these documents are the thinking in a form you can put to work on Monday.

Hosting the tools here, rather than printing them, means they stay current as regulations and practice move. When a regulation changes, the affected document changes with it.

About the book

The Future of Third-Party Risk Management & Data Privacy will be published in 2027 by CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group.

Your risk now lives in your vendors, and artificial intelligence is rewriting that risk faster than most programs can adapt. The book is a practitioner’s working manual for that world: the vendor lifecycle from intake to offboarding, contracts with teeth, due diligence that verifies instead of files, AI governance and model risk, privacy by design, continuous monitoring, incident response, and the organizational capability to make it all stick, with an implementation roadmap, a nine-dimension maturity model, and six deeply analyzed case studies.
